Eine Frage, die mir Leute oft stellen, ist: “Wie bist du eigentlich zu dieser Art von Arbeit gekommen?“
Gute Frage, angesichts dessen, dass ich ja eigentlich ein BWL Mäuschen war und ein totaler Spätzünder in Sachen Heilarbeit. Erst mit 28 Jahren habe ich angefangen mich mit der östlichen Heilkunst zu beschäftigen.
In meinen 20er Jahren hatte ich keine Ahnung, was ich mit meinem Leben anfangen wollte. Ich fühlte mich verloren. Mit einem BWL-Doppeldiplom von Fachhochschulen in England und Deutschland in der Tasche stand ich vor der Entscheidung: entweder beteilige ich mich am uninteressanten Finanzwesen oder betrüge die Leute mit Marketing. So sah ich das zumindest damals. Ich war enttäuscht, verzweifelt und verloren über meine Optionen. Ich bekam magersüchtig.
Meine Suche nach meiner tiefen, inneren Berufung brachte mich 1999 mit 2 Koffern und 2,000 DM in der Tasche in die USA. Diese Totalentwurzelung von der Heimat, öffnete Wege, die ich vorher niemals in Betracht gezogen hätte.

Ich wurde kühn und wagewutig, dem nachzugehen, was ich wollte trotz gesellschaftlicher Normen und konditionierter Glaubenssätze.
In 2002, fand ich Yoga. Später Thai Massage, Ayurveda, Meditation, Vedische Astrologie, Yoga Health Coaching. Jede Ausbildung hat etwas mehr in mir selbst geheilt und geöffnet.
Im Laufe der Jahre habe ich viele Monate in Asien verbracht, hauptsächlich in Thailand und Indien, um meine Yoga und Thai-Massage Ausbildung zu verfolgen. Viele andere Kurse habe ich in den USA belegt.
Heute bin ich eine Ayurveda Praktikerin, erfahrene Yogalehrerin, Health Coach und Thai Massage Therapeutin. Aber vor allem bin ich eine Körperaktivistin.
Es liegt mir ganz viel am Herzen, dich zu empowern. Ich möchte dir die Bildung und die Unterstützung geben, die du brauchst, damit dein Körper gesund bleibt und deine Seele aufblühen kann.
Die Weisheitstraditionen des Ostens haben mich auf vielen Ebenen gesünder gemacht. Und sie haben mir den Mut, die Einsicht und die Glaubenssätze gegeben, die ich brauchte, um mein Leben so zu gestalten, wie es mir passt. Wenn ICH es kann, kannst DU es auch. Wir fangen mit dem Körper an.
